Put the T2s on last week (BIG props to Yamaslut & Robert for their help - you rock!   ) with ~some~ fairing in & rode with them in small surf Saturday. WOW what a huge improvement!:Banane01: :Banane01: :Banane01: :Banane01: :Banane01: :Banane01: :Banane01:

Now I need to finish sanding & possibly add more fairing before painting. Right now there's a 3/8" epoxy (w/some glass) fairing all around, with a few small bubbles. Does it make any difference if I stop here, or do I need to make the Tubbies blend organically (maybe 1" in front?) into the hull?

I'm thinking Blowsion could have molded a long, tapering front into them but didn't, so maybe it doesn't matter?

I do occasionally make high speed runs down a glass smooth, tightly twisting estuary, so if it makes a difference there I guess it'd be worth the effort...

no problem... just sand and fill the voids w/ epoxy/filler. I didn't blend my perfectly, just filled the holes and tried to make it pretty straight...
