B is 8-10 mm shorter on the top flange, and slightly shorter on the big end if I recall. Don't think a B would work on my Kawi. exhaust manifold, barely enough room now after clearancing it for the coupler, but the reverse might work.

If you got a FPP exhaust manifold that fit your SJ you could probably use that pipe. But I don't hnow how much better it would be compared to a SJ B pipe with either a mod or limited chamber. Supertune would probably know best as he is the man when it comes to building engines.

If that exhaust manifodl is a Coffman, I will take it.

I recommend ebaying that pipe. They are a bit rare for Kawasaki 650 SX and X2's. I think you should be able to get the $300 you are asking fo out of the pipe. i bought a whole X2 once just to get one just like it.

I think you could use that in a SJ if you found a YAM exhaust manifold(like mentioned earlier)..
Gorilla used a FPP 61x ex manifold with the Kaw OEM header pipe/chamber and it fit in his FX-1:http://www.x-h2o.com/threads/25949

So I dont see why it wouldnt fit in a SJ. It will not be as good as a YAM headpipe/chamber, but would work. I was thinking about doing this pipe set up(like Gorilla's in thread) for my kids 650 SN I am building for a cheap alternative to the Yam OEM exhaust.
Gorilla says it performs better, plus more room in the hull, and lots of weight taken off compared to stock system.

I would sell it on ebay and find yourself a b pipe for best results though(which I'm sure you know already).
