Super Jet Factory pipe limited or mod

So I'm ready to get a factory pipe. Ill called factory pipe and they are all out of limited pipes until January. So my question is there any reason not to get the mod pipe? My only mods I have is a hooker impeller. And soon to be ada head with 35 domes thanks for any input

The mod is ok as long as your Hooker is a 9-15 and your nozzle is bored. Higher compression will also make a bigger difference.

Mod is better for bigger displacement engines. I personally run one in my 718 ported engine @ 185 compression.

I have not compared it to a limited chamber, but the nice thing about it is it's easier to get in and out.

I'd go limited given the option between the two but I don't think going Mod would be a BAD thing.

Also, try calling some retails that may have them in stock, IE Blowsion, Wamiltons, Thrust.

get the mod chamber... it will hit harder and much easier to install... the limited chambers will actually be better for larger displacement engines because the chamber is larger.. i know factory pipe says different.. they also say the limited chamber has better bottom end on a 701 which is not what i have experienced. the mod chamber definitely hit harder and revved quicker as well.. both skis were stock with a b pipe and impeller round noses..
