Super Jet Factory carbs o my jetski...?

Im getting concerned. Things are not adding up. I bought a 2013 superjet and my carbs are not the same as any other superjet. Yamaha checked a 2013 on their floor no t-handles on the low end screws... mine has them. Has anybody seen this.

I now have a problem where my choke throttle body has seized. I have only once replaced this before.. its a pain in the ass to remove the screws.. butterflies and shafts.......and to crimp the new screws after putting in the new shafts and plastic bushes.... aaaaaaghhhhhh

So.. walked into the garage this morning to get my watch which I took off when I was battling with the seized choke and decided to check how difficult it still is to move the shaft.... and its like brand spanking new ... open and closes with no effort at all. Springs make it bounce back like its new.. must hace a ghost in my superjet.

Could be binding on the bushings. Penetrating oil or w/o you were working with may have gotten it going. Choke plates are not worth fixing. Primer works better.

As for your adjustment screws, the 2013 comes with them now, or someone replaced what comes with it with T-handles. In any case, the brass plugs that started in 2004 that prevent adjustment of the screws was discontinued in 2013. 2013 skis do not have brass plugs anymore. I don't know if they come with T-screws stock, but it would have been no big deal for the dealer to put them in since you no longer need to fight those brass plugs.
