So I sent my coil to Jetski Solutions in Cummings Georgia. Also along in the box I included a perfectly good working start stop switch. I enclosed a note requesting the Coil get redone with black and blue wires. On the same note I asked "if possible" could they just replace the end on my start stop switch.
The first email I get from them is an invoice for a complete rebuild of the start stop switch (not authorized) as well as the cost for the requested coil redo which I was expecting. I asked them to please send my start stop back without repair but they advised me it was too late. Go figure!
We are not talking about a lot of money but principal! I would've prefer to have a choice and just bought a new switch for almost the same price but I was not given a choice .
Here is the bigger issue. Reluctantly I have agreed to pay for the services I did not request. But they have chosen to not answer the phone or respond to my emails.
After 20 wasted attempts I did get a response saying that they will only take a money order for payment for the full amount!
Needless to say I am not sending a money order in to a company who has lost my trust completely. I have written them off and I considered theft to say the least !
I am now in search of a new start stop switch as well as a coil.
