I placed an order from exotic signs and the lower decal was not supposed to say 'exotic signs' per my order. The shipped the wrong one. Gave them a call and they sent new ones out the very next day no problem. They didn't charge me a penny. I think customer service that awesome needed some recognition. Also the ease of installation and high quality of their product needs mentioned. If you are looking for new decals, check out their model (link above) and give them a call. A++ company all around!!
