exhuast problems

so i have stock exhuast and my top 3 bolts have already broken and been replaced by ace hardware ... now my 5 bolts that connect the exhuast to the exhuast bracket have ALL completly stripped...(4 or 5 bolts)? am i ridding to hard or what could cuase this.. now i have to get a complete new exhuast??? has anyone ever had this problem. The bolts that go to the exhuast form the bracket are completly stripped...


any suggestions?

I'm assuming it's not the actual bolts that are stripped but the manifold itself. I'm not familiar with stock exhaust so I don't know exactly where you're talking about. If it's just the manifold and not the bolts, get yourself some heli-coils or time-serts to put in there. They basically retap the manifold and use stronger threads to replace the aluminum... I'm doing it on my ski right now and did it on my other ski last year.

yea it is the exhaust manifold bracket that is stripped not the bolts

Its probably a sign from god saying its time to upgrade!
