SX/SXi/SXi Pro Exhaust Route questions

So working on my 750 build and I'm deciding how to run my exhaust, anyone ever seen it done like this or could provide some insight as to whether or not it would work. Also a few pics of my hull

Buy some earplugs and you'll be fine! Might want to buy a case for all the people you ride with too.

I have a water box from a 650sx I was thinking about running in the nose but that would require more angles, this is just a preliminary mock

That is one crazy hull mod, congrats on that.

Id run it through the box, youll get better bottom end and you wont go crazy from the noise. Youll be pushing a ton of water with the angles like that.

cool build you got going on . are you planning on doing flatwater freesytle riding or surf ? just curious with the flat deck.... also i found a build for the front end of your ski .its what i'm going to basing my 750 hull after when i get into cutting it up. but i want more rocker in the rear then this build. heres a pic i can get the link but its a different site you have to sign up with to even see.maybe you have seen this ski maybe not,but here you go ...

750s have a pretty badass silencer built into the hull , so its not going to be that loud without the waterbox. i wouldnt use those 650 exhaust 90 degree bends. the inner diameter is much smaller than the 2" piping that should be used and there is going to be some power loss/restriction from using such a sharp bend. use more gradual bends with 2" hose or tubing. you are not going to gain any power with a waterbox,but everybody thinks their boat is going faster, when its louder. FACT!

Ok thanks for the information, what about the aluminum pipe that comes with the factory pipe that goes to the water box, is that one ok to use? I would assume so but it is a pretty sharp angle itself

its 2" so its okay as long as it works out.

Ok so its more of keeping everything at least 2" or bigger rather than the angles?

Yes but keep in mind every 90deg you add to the exhaust adds back pressure. I would think that low spot is going to hold water at the lower rpms also
