Exhaust question

I have my sn tray cut apart right now, should I change the exhaust pipe to a bigger size? I'm going to be running a bpiped 5mm stroker this season

I thought the sn had a smaller tube than a rn, anyone have any suggestions?

The size of the outlet does not matter as long as a waterbox is used. Yamaha made the pipe larger for looks and to lower the pitch of the exhaust note.

Stock tube will work, the only other reason to change would be to incorporate a bend of some kind so it doesn't interfere with the right side foothold as much. Just have to ask yourself if it's really worth the bother.

We set up Boris's SN with a Baby Scream 62T, B pipe, 46's, etc, etc, and stock RN aluminum waterbox and worked just fine.
