One of the skis I just bought has an exhaust on both the front left and back right of the ski. Is there a special way to get all the water out of it after riding? I blew all the water out before I put it on the trailer (sitting out of the water on a rack) and then when I put it on the trailer I started it and it just started pouring water out of the rear exhaust.

you start it and throttle it to get the water out.
I did when it was flat on the trailer. Then I put the trailer up at an angle and it started pouring water out of the rear exhaust. The only place I can think the water came from was the pipe between the front exhaust exit and engine.

Don't worry too much about water trapped in the exhaust and waterbox - the big concern is making sure ya get it out of the engine. You take care of that when you do the blow-out routine after pulling it out of the water. It won't hurt anything if there's a bit in the exhaust system for a day or two. Better to let some water sit in it than to burn it up on the trailer trying to get every last drop out.

I always give my skis a braaap at the ramp after loading, and also after transporting from the lake when I tuck them into bed at home. :sneaky:

i also give mine a quick 3-4 second run the day AFTER a ride........just to make sure no water settles on the crank etc etc....
