One of the two exhaust mounting bolts (Top One) that screws into the L shaped support bracket that comes off the front of the motor, has stripped out the threads. It’s a stock exhaust.
I got the next size up bolt and was going to drill and tap in new threads but then I realized that I may hit the water jacket in the exhaust, do you think I have enough material to make it?
Should I use some high heat epoxy to fill and re-tap using the stock bolt??
just buy a used one with some new gaskets?
Or Just run it?
