They can make a substantial difference on a setup that has too much prop and/or low compression. If you are not racing, get a low pitched impeller and bore your nozzle.

they are pretty neat.. you can run a shorter chamber and use the water injection to make the engine think the chamber is a mile long.. with the b pipe, you can tune your pipe for top end, then use the water injection to get your bottom end... you can set them up to start dumping water in at 1800 rpms and start pulsing at 5500 and be fully off by 6k rpms, right when the pipe will be heating up to make top end power.. you can really get the best of both worlds with the water injection... its also a nice controlled spray instead of the dribble with the pipe..

Their are other spray bars available as well, straight, long reach with a curved slit. Factory pipe used to have them, Thrust innovations I believe is using them in the power factor pipe. Can't search so good on my phone but they are out their on the web.
I have a picture of my last spray bar at home if you'd like to see.
I have a dead MSD controller, a micro touch and solinoid but have not tried it yet. When the MSD died I just made continues water injection on the dry pipe to get bottom end, lost some on top because it no longer was shutting off. What's your goals with the b- pipe and water injection?

Mainly looking for bottom end power and snap but had herd with ewci I could have the best of both worlds. Bottom end power and top end

Like harbor said atlantic jet sports has the micro touch controler I just could not find any of the other items on their site so ill call them. So it sounds lik the micro touch is the way to go. Has anyone had one on a b pipe and how much diffrence did it make? Also if I get one and its adjustable any reccamendations on settings to run? Thanks all for the good info

I think Jetworks sells a Custom Micro Touch unit. Give them a shout, they may have all the bits.

You are going to need to play around with it to get the right feel. Turn on around 2000 rpm and off around 4000rpm for a start.

Do you have a flow control on your stinger?

Everyone keeps reccamending micro touch so I have been checking their site and it has beem down for like a week but ill keep checking back

Any opinions on the msd 42590 kit says its computer programable for 0-100% on and off at any rpm from 500-12000? Compleet kit controler solenoid hose and injector. Sounds decent. kinda spendy though.

micro soliniod.JPG micro system.JPG micro touch.JPG Picture 905.jpg The Protec system may be a relabled and recovered micro touch, looks similar. Here are some pics of mine. Yellow wire is your rpm signal wire, wraps a few times around plug wire near the spark plug. Black and red with inline fuse holder are B+ and B-, white harness to your water control soliniod...........The rpm is adjusted with those buss bars...............The other pic shows some of the factory pipe ewci system, you can see the strainer with the small blue hose, if you look down into the ski you can see the factory pipes silver colored water strainer cylinder with clear braded hose that the water injection soliniod normally attaches too on their set up.

With a dry pipe and its water jacketed continues cooling of the pipe we can turn extra water on and off at will.
The B-pipe has no water jacket for cooling so it needs water spraying pretty much all the time, so guess it will be, where to inject, where to inject extra, when to turn extra on and off, or close off all the b-pipe screws and use only the Ewci system or a combination of the screws and Ewci system

Iam interested to see what others say on the B-pipe Ewci set up, a guy was selling the factory pipe Ewci set up on ebay and it was from a b-pipe but he did not know if the system was in working order and was just parting out the ski so he had no set up info, i think i remeber the spray bar being mounted in the top of the head pipe though
