I finished my powerfactor install and was verifying the carbs were in sync when I noticed something didn't look right in one of the carbs.
The epoxy in my intake came loose. I took out the intake and looked at the reeds and they were perfect. Maybe this happened over the winter and I caught it before I ran it???
So its 44s with a R&D intake epoxyed with what I think are kawi reeds. The work was done by xscream.
So my question is, do I send it to xscream to re-epoxy the intake? Or do I get something else?
I have not seen many people using this setup anymore so I am guessing its a bit dated. This is a 828 5mil no powervalves, 100 octane.
What works with 44s and vforce reeds? What will work when I go to a bigger DASA motor?
Thanks as always!
