Other Epic scuppers?

Anyone had problems with the new Epic scupper?

Pablo sure has. The flappers ssem to stretch out or grow in the heat or something.

I must b the only one that got a bad batch of rubber flappers. I've gone through 3 flappers in a week and every one of them stretched out enough so that the flapper can't close.??? Anyone else run into this prob? I've tried leaving the stay bolts both loose and tight and neither method has worked. I'm about to ditch the whole thing and go to a versi-plug max. I like the epic concept and like the fact that it should stay closed when my ski upside down after failed tricks. I may bastardize the thing with a thicker flapper from a xmetal scupper first. Will report back.

This is the one with the magnet right? I don't see how they could possibly stretch. I have the regular kind and after a while they stretch and leak so then I just flip them

I been running a Epic on my new boat, it doesn't leak at all, he also send me few extra flaps of the new rubber he's using now, great stuff
