Custom/Hybrid epic questions

ok guys i want to switch over to the an epic ignition.... but as of now i am running 61x electronics....what all has to be done to make the epic work with the 61x stuff? cause at this point if i have to buy a stator and flywheel im not to far away from just running their total loss system...

I thought there was something special you had to do to the 61x stuff that you didn't have to do to the 62t stuff

you have to do a timing offset on the epic. been suggested that you check your timing so you know exactly what you have and then offset it by so many degrees so it will fall into the same timing as the 62t.

do a search, there is a post specifically on how to do it.
