Super Jet Engine not working after rejetting

The engine ran fine yesterday. Today I swapped the low speed jets from 115's to 117.5's and now it won't run. If I prime the engine it will run for a second and then shut off. My supply line is going into the bottom fittings on the carbs and my return is coming out the top. When I'm cranking the engine, I can physically see fuel going into the carbs and then going back into the tank via the return line. The pulse lines are hooked up as well.

Since all the lines are correct, could I have screwed something up in the carbs when I put them back together? I'm at a loss... The fuel filter and primer lines won't stay filled but they don't have a leak. The check valve on the tank appears to be allowing air out of the tank as well as in but I've fired up engines with the gas cap off so I can't see that being an issue.

diaphram or metering plate issue?

That's about all I can think of as well but I'd like to think I'm smart enough to put the diaphragm on correctly. I'll probably have to pull them back off shortly to see for sure but wanted opinions before I dig those things out again.

Pulled the carbs apart and couldn't find a single problem. They even had fuel under the diaphragm like normal. Put them back in and had the same problem. Without changing anything, I decided I would prime the piss out of the carbs and hope for the best. It ran fine after that...:dunno:
