engine flooding....

So i have a 550/650 kawi conversion ski and it started last night with no problems... It wont start today and i think the engine is flooded... can anyone tell me the best way to unflood an engine... or what i should do?

Flooded - - gas or water?? If water do you still have the case dump knob on the motor??

Dont those motors have a drain plug in the cases
