Freestyle eBay 62t/61x freestyle motor?

Got a little extra cash been looking at these freestyle motors on eBay. It just sounds too good to be true for the price of 1200 with no core for a frehly rebuilt freestyle ported motor. It has 62t cases and 61x cylinder and i belive a 64u head. has anyone run these motors? Or known anyone that has?
What's your opinion?

Thats is cheap considering it have big bore 760 sleeves in a 61x cylinders. I didnt see anything about port work, but still not a bad deal if it was built right.

I would think about going with a known builder. JetManiac has a good Rep. http://www.x-h2o.com/threads/77233-Jetmaniac-62t-61x-Freestyle-Ported-Motor-1600 Spend a little more and get something someone will stand behind.

The guy does have a 2yr warranty on the motor that's the one thing that has me really thinking about it
