Had a stubborn flywheel on a sp 750 today so I decided to try an old trick I saw for removing snowmobile clutches a while back.

After spending about a half hour using ridiculous amounts of force with every other tool, this finally worked.

This will work for 650, 750, and 800 Kawasaki flywheels. Watch the video and just substitute the snowmobile clutch for a flywheel and picture the shorter/fatter Kawi style puller bolt. The method is the same.

This popped my flywheel off today using hardly any force and only an open ended wrench, so the impact gun probably isn't necessary. I also didn't have to use very much Teflon tape. I know there's plenty of other tricks and techniques. I'm just throwing this one out there to add to your potential list.

Let me know if you have any suggestions, corrections, comments, or concerns. Thanks!
