I recently purchased an XMW pole, pivot, bolts and support plate from Eric. I also purchased one of the chinpads that he fabricated himself (nice looking piece.) When the package arrived everything looked great except for the chinpad. It appeared that the box had been handled roughly and the chinpad (which was bolted to the pole) was cracked crossways. I contacted him to let him know that I received it and the condition it was in.He said he would make me a new one to replace the broken one. I never asked him to do so, he offered without any prompting and followed through.

Communication before, throughout and after the sale was excellent with NO suprises or misrepresentation.
