Hey

Just wondering if anybody can tell me what the black wire coming out of my e-box is for? It the furthest to the left coming out of the top of the bax and has 2 wires inside. I am putting a new motor in my ski and the old e-box does not have this wire, there is just a plug where this one comes out??

Another question about my waterlines.... Does it make sense that the lines go into the main exhaust chamber than into the small chamber and then into the head? This is how it was set up before.

That wire should be your over heat sensor....bolts to the top of a stock head.

Not sure about the cooling.

Overheat sensor you say..... So if it is not hooked up do I need to attach the 2 wires or leave them apart or? I just think I'll leave it as it came for now.

the temp sensor is normally open, so yes leave the wires disconnected.
secure/tape them obviously so they don't ever short on you.
