E-Box Compatibility

I'm wondering what the compatibility or interchangeability is between various Yamaha electrical boxes? Mainly, the coil, starter relay, and voltage regulator?

I'm looking for an E-Box for my spare 61x/62t motor and couch E-boxes seem to be a dime a dozen, however, when you look at the part numbers of the coil, relay, and voltage regulator, they are not all the exact same as an OE 61x/62t SJ. Wondering how interchangeable all these components are? I plan on running an enhancer for a CDI, so I'm not worried about matching up OE CDI's.

I might be wrong but I think the only difference between couch coils and superjet ones is the length of the plug wires. A waverunner 650 coil wouldnt reach the plugs in my squarenose, I think a wetjet one did though. I'm pretty sure everything else is the same, it definitely all works I'm running the rest of that waverunner box in one of my squarenoses. Then the only thing to pay attention to is 6m6 vs 61x vs 62t cdi for the different rev limits. Couch boxes do have the extra plug also
