SX/SXi/SXi Pro Dual Mikuni Carbs w/ Dual Fuel Pumps

Would there be any issue T'ing the return lines from the carbs into one inlet on the fuel pick-up? My problem is that my fuel pick-up doesnt have a breather nipple and I'm not excited about drilling a hole in my gas tank and creating a nipple.

how do you guys deal with having two pulse line hook ups on your carbs when using two pumps? Can you just tee the single pulse line fitting coming off the case?

Sure can. I had dual pump 38's with restricters drilled out. I "t" both pulse and return and used a jet in the return "t" for restriction. I did use 2 tank pickups though. Best pair of 38's I've had.

I run dual 44s in my 750. I hooked them both up to the stock pulse fitting and it worked alright. But this season I installed a second pulse fitting and found that the ski runs much better. I recommend two pulse lines if you have two carbs with fuel pumps.
