I believe I used a 1/4 NPT pipefitting, and corresponding drill/tap.
I know the "corresponding" doesn't help you much, but I think the drill/tap combo was literally labeled for 1/4 NPT.

1/4 inch NPT like Matt said and 21/64 bit according to Magoos .
Paul has the little elbows you need also .I couldnt find them anywhere and I ordered 3 from Paul .you need one for pump manifold and head

you sure it was 1/4 NPT??? I believe its 1/8.

I just bought 90° fittings with 1/8NPT thread from McMaster last week. Fits perfectly in my head. Drill for the 1/8" NPT is "Q" or 0.332".

Eric, I bought a pack of 5, I need 3 so I have 2 extras. How many do you need?

oh and ya gotta love ghetto drills. :afro:

I ran my trim line today since I couldn't use my other line anymore since I'm going dual cooling as well.

The tap is 1/4-18 and the drill is a 7/16. You can get the fittings at just about any home improvement store for a couple of dollars. And in some cases you can get the tap and drill in the same package. Just look in the drill bit section at the store.
