Dual cooling line routing on blaster, is it right?

Hi there! bought a 95 blaster with dual cooling and a b-pipe last fall and im checking the cooling line routing on it. Is this the right routing, or do i need to change anything?

Stock inlet: To exhaust manifold --> out from the head to a pisser.

2nd inlet: To the top of b-pipe --> out from the bottom of the pipe to
a T with a pisser and then its going straight to a FCV just before the stinger.

Read something on separate lines to the manifold instead of a separate line to the top of the b-pipe??

or can i just use this and chill?=)

What's the purpose of the fcv (flow control valve)? I want to do this on my sn but thats the part im confused about :(

it drys out your water box at low idle and at low speed for better bottom end if thats what you are looking for they work great.
