Dual cooling help.

no no my manifold does have open jackets now that i think of it. The gasket has very small holes compareded to the one i pulled off. I now remember making the comment to my self about the gasket and not the manifold itself. Im going to hook up the hose anyways just to double check.

I confuse my self sometimes. Haha

So if it works. Then how would i go about fixing my lines. And hooking them up correctly?

Both lines from the pump to the manifold. Line off the back of the head to a pisser. Line off the front of the head gets a tee, one line to the pipe and one line to a pisser (adjust as needed to control pipe and cylinder temp). Line off pipe gets a tee, one side to the stinger and one side to a pisser.

Not everyone runs 3 pissers, this is just the way i have my cooling set up. You dont have to have a tee between the front cylider and the pipe. Also, your flush fitting goes on a tee between the cylinder and the pipe, i have 2 tees i that line.

Take it easy to start, and if ypu have too much heat spend some time diagnosising the issue. You may need a different gasket but small holes in the exhaust gasket is normal.
