I'm running a group k sleeper big bore kit. I originally had harry install that kit because it retained the durability of a stocker while giving a great increase in overall performance. I would like to run the dry pipe but dont want to wrench all the time. Dont want to replace cranks, cylinders and gaskets either. I know the wet pipe tends to be more reliable for my situation. If the wet pipe is only a few HP less I would go that route. I couldnt find the HP chart for the wet pipe on FPs website. Anyone?
The dry pipe will make more HP and give you high rpms with a modded motor.
I know with group K stuff you have to do exactly what Harry says.
Are you running his carb mod with the blocked crossover intake?
If so you jetting will be much different than FFP says.
Yes, I have group k's carb mod and blocked cross over. I had him do the whole deal all at the same time. Ive been running the stock modified pipe but think there is more HP available. Harry said he has jetting specs for the bb sleeper with wet pipe. What is the HP increase of a wet pipe.
