Custom/Hybrid Dry pipe powdercoating ? Will it hold ?

Anybody did powdercoat their dry or wet pipe with reg powder not ceramic coating ? Does manifold or chamber heat up more then 400 F ?

I did my coffman wet pipe ,with hitemp black powder from powderbythepound.com and its still holding up fine. The first couple tanks I burn through after I reinstalled my pipe the powdercoat became sticky, rubbing off on my arms and hands but after a couple more tanks I never had the problem again nor did it effect the finish but then again it could be because I didn't cook it long enough and/or hot enough.

When I first started looking in to it the first shop I called told me ceramic was the only way to go on a pipe, he said powder wouldn't hold up... Another argument is ceramic will provide heat power

mines fine normal powdercoat. manifold, head pipe, and chamber. i have never cooked it yet. so far so good. 2nd season.
