I know all about those numbers, and I've cut back considerably, it's just that's my caffeine fix and I hate diet dew. That has been part of my loss so far actually.
Drink Iced Tea.... it will help your caffeine fix, is good for you, and is basically the same nutritionally as drinkin water/
And Iced tea has unnecessary calories that do not need to be consumed if one's goal is weight reduction.
Drink water as your beverage only. If its 100+ degrees out and/or your training for 2 hours, then gatorade or pedialite would suffice for the conditions and/or training environment.

tea is tea, water is water. your body is not made up of 90% tea.
What in the world? The first recommendation varies depending how much your current weight is. I'm only ten pounds away from my ideal weight but won't *meet* my ideal weight for another 20lbs :banghead:. The second recommendation is a range of 40lbs....http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm
Based on that (only use the top 2 recommendations, others are for reference only and are flawed), I should be under 170. I'm at 179-180 now, more to go.
