I must have gotten a good unit then. I have beat the ******** out of it for years. Ported multiple engines with it. :dunno:

I have given up on dremels. I get almost no use out of the thing before it breaks. Its not like I am using the thing like a hammer either. They just are not intended for serious cutting, grinding or the like. If I grind - air die grinder. If I cut - 4" angle grinder with cutoff wheel.

I firmy beleive that Dremels are intended for socker moms to sand the spindles on their shaker - style kitchen chairs. That was reinforced when they came out with a rechargeable.

Now the full size roto-zip tool is another story that thing can make some dust and lasts too.

what would be the point anyway, the faster they go the faster they break.

Kinda like how a denist gives out candy after visits, lol

The employees of one tire shop used to throw bags of old rusted nails out of their cars' windows on the way to work...
It was a very busy shop until the owner almost got killed by regular customers...

Apparantly you are not smart if you think hopping up Seadoos is a good thing,I gave up on that years ago and I stay plenty busy trying to keep stockers running. The Seadoo's are already wound pretty tight from the factory, usually when you wind a spring just a litte too tight it breaks.I really don't need an angry mob of Seadoo customers with modded boats on my doorstep every week.

so instead you just repair the stock ones and have the angry mob every other week?

Seriously, do you do any preventative mait or just fix it and keep it all stock (ie ceramic washers) just curious. God I cant stand seadoos. I would get VERY board recommending something else like a yami or kawi if I was a mechanic

Honestly as long as you keep them stock they hold together pretty well and no angry mobs are forming here,I used to mod Seadoos back in the early 90's and those guys were back at least every other week for something or other.I have also found that the guys who winterize and summerize their skis with me are not seen the rest of the year whereas the guys who don't are in here for carb cleaning, jet pump rebuilds and whatever all summer long, yes maintaince makes a huge difference on these boats.
