Drawing up house plans.

Anyone on here that can modify (tweak) some house plans? l have a design in mind, but need to modify them to make it work

I dont have cad but can do some tweaking.

Have the engineer you use to spec them makes the mods to your plans. That way they can account for extra loads etc that you may encounter. I had to hire a structural engineer for my garage build to draw out a stamped footer plan to make my town happy. Was a huge waste of time and money but it got the job done.
