we were at his house and would have had to launch the boat then try to get the ski in there w/o the escavator... It was the only way. trust me, I was on board for anything else...

damn.... we almost sank that boat... damn bilge pump died and the damn thing stalled in the middle of the lake... fun fun.. we towed it back w/ the wave blaster...
