Do these pistons look okay?

I pulled the head today to change the domes, and the pistons look like this. i'm not sure exactly what they're supposed to look like since this is the first time i've pulled the head without the motor being blown. what's with the white/silver specs on the top of the pistons? the ski runs great with no issues at all...

Hard to say from the pics. But you....MIGHT.... have some deto. Are the edges of the pistons slightly pitted

How much compression/advance are you running??

The wash looks fine. Don't know that I see pitting.

the pistons look fine, no pitting or anything like that. i'm running around 180 compression with whatever advance the msd enhancer provides. i just took a look at the rear cylinder, and right where that lean spot on the piston is, the cylinder is mirror smooth, no crosshatch. it's only a little like nickel sized spot though, not all the way down, so i'm not sure what that's all about.

anyone else have some opinions on this? it's getting nice and i'd like to ride, but not if this is a major problem/issue.

Don't worry, they look like lead deposits to me. your running 50/50 gas aren't you? I was wondering if you got that dome yet.

yep i'm running 50/50. i got the dome a while ago, you haven't gotten the check yet!? i sent it out at the beginning of the week, i wonder what's going on. let me know if you haven't gotten it by like monday, so i can get you another one or something.
