Super Jet do i have wet foam??

i took my pump out yesterday for some inspection and i found this.at first my intake grate wouldnt come off cause of the siliconeski leak 1.jpg
i finally fot it off to see where the water originated from, but coulnt tell.it come from the corner where my finger is pointing.

so 1. how do i drain this.can i just drill a small hole and let it drain for a while.glass it up later?
2. do i have wet foam?should i start reading threads on cutting my tray open?
3. where do you guys think this water has accumulated in?(lie where is it sitting in my ski?)
thanks.sorry for the newb questions.i can fix an engine, but never had this problem.this could explain the slight vibration i felt under my feet?

is there any way to know where its coming in at?like what if i rip open the top of the tray but its coming in from above my intake grate?should i seal both top and bottom?

anyplace there is an opening or seam is a potential leak. sealing is always just going to be a band-aid fix. if you have foam in your ski, it WILL get water logged, it's just a matter of time.

so if i dont foam it,can i just do a foam delete and run some nice drain plugs?( seems like a good solution) but i dont want ski to sink.maybe i will throw some inflatable bags in there or something that wont soak up water.

there is no way in H3LL I'd go with no foam...that seems crazy to me.

The foam doesn't help the ski float, but it displaces the water that would otherwise make the ski sink.

My SN has waterlogged foam...and I've sunk it before to the point where it was nose down with only the back inch of hull and steering nozzle above the water. If it wasn't for the foam, the back half of the hull would have filled up completely and it would have been gone.
