What up all? Got an 08 superjet, I recently removed my head pipe, cleaned the couplers and reinstalled. Installed new headpipe gasket, and made sure everything is connected. I have single cooling, stocks head, bpipe with a flow control valve set at 3.5 psi.
I put the ski in the water and allow it to warm up about 2 minutes of very light idle. This entire time I'm getting a slight trickle out of the pisser, I roll into the throttle to wide open, and still no change. I flip a u and pin it back to the dock and still nothing but a trickle.
I pull it up and check all my lines all OK. I adjust the fcv to basically no resistance and let it idle till I get good flow, and than ride and all was OK....
My question can these motors get an airlock, or did I just have some crud in there?
