Super Jet Dmv registration CA

Sorry this may have been talked about earlier. I just proudly purchased a used 2008 superjet in California. I rode in today and wow what a ski. Bad news is it not registered anywhere as far as I can tell. It was bought in Arizona delivered to California by the dealership in Arizona. It has 2009 Arizona stickers on it and thats it. guy told me it has never been registered anywhere and that he was mailed stickers from Arizona and he put them on his ski. I have a copy certificate of origin and the original bill of sale from when it was new and of course the bill of sale from original owner to me. After reading briefly I am scared is there like anyway to register this thing here in ca or am out of luck?

take your paperwork to the DOL... pay taxes... get registration.

Not sure what DOL is but not that important. I do have an appointment on Thursday to register at DMV but I am worried. No title it was never registered anywhere. I was talking with seller he told me that I will be the first registered owner.

certificate of origin is the title thats what it comes with when it is new...

do you have a bill of sale on the ski from the guy you bought it from. if not can you get one and have him say you payed much less for it then you actually did. california will rape you with taxes. its not a hard process and it will take a few weeks for you to get the actual reg. in the mail.

Hey thanks, yes i do have a bill of sale from the orignal owner, he did not want to write a lower sale price. I am just hoping that all goes well on Thursday and I can have it registered in california. Well keep your fingers crossed and I post rsults on thursday or Friday.
