HA!

wanna settle this argument once and for all?

I'll be in FL this winter around the first of the year. I'm bringing my skis and my little 2-fiddy. Meet me at the ONF or crooms with your quad and we'll see what is what.

Lol, you know i'm just kidding. I'll go riding with you though. I'll try to race you too but we both know a bike would smoke my quad. We don't go to Ocala anymore. Their rules are just too stupid.

At ONF, they will write a $500 ticket for getting your bike muddy.

That's not the best of it.

At ONF, they will write you a ticket for having your title sticker located at the wrong spot on a bike. Now, if you don't have a title sticker, your ok, but if you took the time to get a titled bike all legal and paid your sales tax, but you put the sticker in the wrong spot, your a criminal.

What a joke. ONF should burn down.

I havent been riding down there since I left in '03.

I knew they were cracking down because of all the problems out there, and there were some big changes about to happen. My bike has a Plate. FL reg. Since I still have a valid address there I just sent my MI title down there for the registration. what the hell is this "title sticker? thats new.

I'll be down for riding though. I'm gonna try to get something hooked up when I'm down.

ONF sucks. No racing, doughnuts, making burms, mudding. You must protect the natural envornment. ONF is good if you like riding motorcycles in a straight line down dirt roads.

Croom is cool. Croom is a FFA. Race, doughtnuts, jump, burms, make as big of a mud hole as you like. The area has been designated as a place to be destroyed by these machines. As long as you have a helmet and a permit, you can do whatever you want.

The title sticker isn't anything new. It's like a decal on a boat, but it doesn't have to be renewed. It's a green sticker that says the title number and the registration date. They give it to you when you title your bike. It's just retarded that they can give you a ticket for not putting it on the right spot.

As of 2003? all atvs and dirt bikes are required to have titles before they are sold. If you bought your bike without a title before 2003, then you have to title it before it's sold. Well, your suppose to. It makes for a big problem if you bought a bike after 2003 w/o a title and you want to do the right thing and title it. They tell you to go find every previous owner prior to 2003 and have the produce noterized bills of sales on the tax collecter bill of sale form, and then they will give you a title. Or, just don't title it... It's amazing that they only people penealized by the policy are the ones trying to title the bikes and pay the taxes. It was a b*tch for me to get a title for my XR100. Glad I did though, i had to report it stolen because my mechanic is retarded.

All my bikes were D/S conversions from out of state, so I never dealt with the stickers you're refering to. A plate trumps the sticker any day of the week. I can go (or could go) pretty much anywhere I please and USF never gave me a second glance. I guess alot has changed.
