Kinda hard to tell in tha pic but the cut ones are longer than the molded ones.

As far as the straight HT, I prefer the molded because its softer. I haven't used any diamond turf so...Dirtybird said:

The difference is the grooves. With cut grooves, the grooves are made by cutting material from the mat. Molded is made by pressing the grooves into the material.
So molded should be more sturdy, but harder to work with.
