The hulls on the 08s and up are different and the pump is set back and they come with a SS prop. They handle great and it still has the 701 that most people love.

08 and up has factory molded in Tubbies.. Much more stable with the wider stance.. Love the new HULL...

not exactly true. The entire bottom deck is redesigned. Not just molded tubbies.
The bottom is similar to the teardropped shape that the SXR uses. Wide front tapering to a narrower rear.
