Super Jet Did I "SCREW" my high adjuster???

Was doing a rebuild on my Mikuni 38s this weekend and decided to pull out my high and low adjusters to ensure a complete cleaning. When I was screwing in my high adjuster to ensure how many turns I was out, I think I might have put a little too much monkey on the screwdriver. Here's a couple of pix of the adjuster after I removed it. You can see part way up the adjuster where it looks like it got squished a bit. Should I purchase a new one and where's the most cost effective place to get one?
