Dial a Jet Carb Jetting kit

Hey guys,

I'm dumb with carbs, and don't want to deal with it, so I was going to have a tech at my shop set this up for me and then I can use it, what you all think? Anyone use this? Turn a dial to adjust the jetting and needle etc.

Let me know, I'm still clueless on how to adjust a carb, have to have someone show me.

Realistically, I am only going to like 2500 feet or so here and there, should I even worry about it?

It has 44 Mikuni Carbs and 771 lpw motor by Lehr Performance.

I see Mikuni stuff on that link, but for snow mobiles, so uh, hmmm, wonder if that is even an option to use a dial a jet, cool stuff though, you can even get an on the fly handlebar one for dirtbiking, but no point for that on a jet ski, water don't go up hill!

Thanks all!

I don't think that type of system will work for a SBN type carb. The Dial a jet that your showing is a vacuum feed system off a non-pressurized float bowl for the extra fuel supply, SBN carbs are a pressurized float bowl (more like a cavity than a float bowl) and would spray extra fuel all the time instead of a supply on demand with vacuum signal.

I don't think you could even consider that a float bowl at all on an sbn. Where is the float? Not possible on a ski because for a float to operate correctly the carb has to stay upright.

I seem to be following you around this morning supertune! :sneaky:

Dang!! any other easy twist or turn solutions, or do I just have to learn how to do this the hard way? ;)

Bingo! But it's not so hard. Once you've pulled the carbs off and opened them up a couple of times you'll realize how quickly you can change jets. It's a PITA for sure, but not the headache it might seem.
