Dasa 950cc 8mm Stroker Surf Set Up Info

Yo,

Just bought a Dasa and wanting info on how to set it up. I've been told that i need to port out the b pipe header pipe in let and the out let on the exhaust manifold as they are not designed for bigger motors, any truth in this?

I have Mikuni 46s going on it. What size jetting should i be looking at and pop off pressure. Also will a standard 701 air box set up work or do i need flame arresters
Ill have V force 3 reeds, MSD, lightened flywheel.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

best to contact DASA or the original builder of that motor. There is also a Jetting thread here that you may can find where someone posted specs with a similar motor. Head Pipe needs to be bored to around 52mm
