damaged another prop...

well, i destroyed another prop, this one was a 13/17 i borrowed from my stock 650 to try out on my modded ski...best i can figure, is i shouldn't have used lock-tite...also the threads on the driveshaft are toasted...luckily i have a spare shaft, but not a prop. talked to Dave and just received a new 9/15 Hooker to try out, this time i'll used NeverSeize on the threads (asper his suggestion)...then i had to order another prop for my 650... 2 props in one week, talk about an expensive lesson...

i was hoping to save the driveshaft. i had loosened the prop maybe a 1/4 turn and then it locked-up tight, i guess that was enough distance to damage the threads. then again, using a 24 pipe wrench probably didn't help any.
