Super Jet Cylinder thread inserts

I used helicoil but they started coming out and alwaysed had uneven parts which it was hard to torque down properly becuase of that. I have been looking at timeserts but they are $20 each. There are 10 holes!!! lol anyways i found these,

My holes were already tapped with a helicoil so i drilled those out and now my hole is 9.75mm wide, is it to wide to now tap and use these time serts? I dont know the drill size for those time serts. Anybody know?

Looks like the m8 is drill size P. Google gives me about 8.2042MM

How about this, is these stainless and are these still made by time sert? says drill size is 10.3mm which would be perfect.

Also I assumed you were talking about the head to cylinder, which I think is a M8. Maybe you were talking about another different bolt.

i am talking about the m8 1.25 cylinder head threads. They origninally stripped so i drilled them out and put helicoils in, then the helicoils started coming out but since i stacked the two half inch helicoils in each hole i could pull the top helicoil off then i had to drill the second one out leavin me with a nice fresh 9.75mm hole. So now this is where im at.

Found these, drill size is 1.03mm which will work. Are these stainless though? where do i get the countersink and tap for it and installation tool?
