62t cylinders rock; don't believe the hype! :noevil:
I'm going to be doing a similar job soon, how hard was it to get the sleeves aligned?
Did you have to tap them in, or did they just slide in?
Can you easily move them again if it's not lined up perfect at first??
how much beer am I gonna need for the job? :1244:
My camera is made by Motorola, it has a phone attached to it:biggrin:
You have to move pretty quick but with the cylinder about 375 degrees and the sleeves frozen ( we had them in the freezer about 2 hours) you can easily make the adjustments necessary. We started the project with about 50 beers but there was three of us, and we drink a lot :beerchug: :trink26:
Get some dry ice and some denatured alcohol or everclear. Put the dry ice in the alcohol till its as cold as the dry ice. You can use the cold alcohol almost like liquid nitrogen to cool the sleeves rapidly if they warm up while your putting them in. Dry ice bombs are fun too.
Watch it bubba:arms:finally someone on here ( other than moondance) that drinks more than me.
Use the denatured alcohol......DO NOT waste good Everclear on a ski project, unless of course you're drinking it:Banane01:Get some dry ice and some denatured alcohol or everclear.
