Freestyle Cyl Re-sleeve options.

Rebuilding my soon-to-be backup motor and need to replace both sleeves. Cylinder is virgin otherwise... unported, etc.

I've wavered back and forth and am deciding against a BB.

But wondering my options on stock bore sleeves. Are there better options than what I'm replacing? Or is it basically just replacing the same and this time doing a freestyle port while apart?

Who's the better option out there? LA Sleeve or what's the other maker?

Northwest sleaves. They do installs to. They cab even set you up with a bb setup allot cheaper then others

Money saved helps longer term, plan A. So looking for a simple, lower cost path.

I can do the sleeve swap, port matching in house vs. sending out cyl & cases for boring, etc. Just wasn't sure if a sleeve is a sleeve when it comes to stock bore window-wise.

This is what I'd like to know. Or is there another stock bore custom option out there with better port timing for freestyle that someone already did their homework for.
