cracked handpole

got a nice crack in the my handpole today not all the way through anyone have any ideas of reinforcment for the stock poles?

Stock SXR poles are weak. Time to start looking for an aftermarket for at least another used one. I have not heard of anything done to these stock poles to reinforce. Mine is just about gone as well.

i put a Dales Jet sports pole on mine & haven't had a problem after 2 seasons.

I broke my stocker the second time & rode it.

thanks, yea i dont have any money right now to buy something aftermarket thats why i was lookin for reinfocement

im not sure if this would truly reinforce it but wrap in carbon fiber and resin it? and repeat?

I broke the pole the first 2 weeks I had my SXR. I got lucky and the service manager got Kawasaki to pay for a new one. Mine broke the whole cable keeper off. Kawasaki must have been having a good day because I have never seen them warranty anything on standups ever.
