What kind of Coupler Hose do you guys use? My buddy's snaped while riding :scared: ( factory part, )...he is using a B-Pipe, and he was told that there is a heavy duty one out there ( used in cars ) that won't snap so easy.......

p.s. when he got off the ski the hull was smoking and the inside of the hull is 45% black now

if he doesn't fix it he won't bring it to FSF :buttkick:

Find a semi truck parts store, look for a coupler for a turbo I think. I have used one for a while now.....you will need to cut it shorter to get it to work. just dont cut it too short.....a little longer than the FP one and then clamp it down good.

thnx guys....

I know the stock does not hold and usually need to be replaced every season. I~ll get more just in case.....

thnx guys....

I've been using the same coupler for 2 years now, and it's not looking like it's going to bust anytime soon.

I`ve never replaced it before, or anything for that matter always got my friend to fix my jetski, however I`m taking steps to learn how to take care of my ski myself.

are there any other parts (clamps, lubs, special tools) that I need to replace the coupler ?
Thnx

If you are using standard style hose clamps toss them in the garbage and get some T-bolt style

I have also been using the standard FPP hoseclamps for two years without issue.

Just saying, haven't had any of the issues you describe in 2 years.
