Super Jet Couple of changes...615 Footholds/shortened turnplate/0*Bars

well...the Kickers felt a little tight and too far back my riding style , so i installed some 615’s and moved them forward ~2". I wear a size 11 wrestling shoe and my feet go all the way inside. it’s a great fit and really comfy, just a tad loose. i can't lock them in, but then again i don't plan on doing any barrol rolls or back flips. i glued an additional piece of hydro-turf on the inside top of the foothold and that helped alot. Since I don't want to cut my A/C pole, I made a -1.5 turnplate out of aluminum and utilized the bolt/bushing system from the old plate. finished it off by adding FX-1 0* bars (Thanks Jonas) and so far I really like this set-up.

West systems 105/205 epoxy thickened with 404 high density filler. Two layers of west systems 12oz E-glass (Episize #745 30x30 sheet) and another layer in the tray to tie-in the footholds.
Blowsion’s Mat Glue 1qt.
Dap’s Contact Cement ¼ qt.
1 sheet 40x62 Black Diamond Hydro-Turf
1 sheet 19x39 9mm Plush underpadding (black)

615’s--9mm Plush all around then Hydro-turf black diamond. my feet were happy :veryhappy:...

Sweet job! I need to learn to turf like that, I just don't see the point of putting foot holds into a 650sx when I have foot straps (and lets face it, the thing doesn't have enough power where you need full on foot holds).

thanks guys, without this site and other build threads here i wouldn't have attempted a second install. but after seeing tons of pictures and how-to's it really gives confidence to try. Don't plan on doing anyting else, so all that's left is to ride ! :brap:
