Got my 440 coupler off easily and threaded it on the x2 driveshaft required for the 750 pump conversion. Do i just put this on as hand tight as i can? Blue lock tite? I could put a pipe wrench on the shaft and tighten the coupler but dont want to marr up a brand shiny new X2 driveshaft. What do you guys do? I imagine it will only tighten itself on when it running with a load, correct?

The coupler needs about 60 pounds of torque. Theres enough torsional oscillation to cause a loose coupler or impeller to spin off. You can hold the shaft with soft blocks in a vise or use an old impeller.
